GLOW FAQ

GLOW is supplied as a lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder blend of GHK-Cu, BPC-157, and TB-500. Constituent peptides are manufactured to ≥98% purity as assessed by HPLC and confirmed by mass spectrometry. A Certificate of Analysis (CoA) is available for each lot. This product is formulated exclusively for laboratory and research purposes.

This material is characterized in standard in vitro laboratory systems (for example, receptor-expressing cell lines and biochemical assays). It is supplied for in vitro laboratory research use only and is not intended for human or animal use.

Key molecular targets of research interest across the three components include: copper-mediated regulation of antioxidant enzyme expression and ECM gene transcription (GHK-Cu); nitric oxide synthase (NOS) pathway modulation, VEGFR2 engagement, and EGF receptor signaling (BPC-157); and G-actin sequestration, integrin-linked kinase (ILK) activation, and VEGF upregulation (TB-500/Thymosin Beta-4 fragment). These targets provide a mechanistic framework for designing multi-pathway signaling experiments using this blend.
