Returns Policy
Return and replacement policy for research compounds.

30-Day Return Window
We accept return requests within 30 days of confirmed delivery. Requests submitted after the 30-day window will not be accepted. Due to the nature of research compounds, all returns are subject to physical inspection at our warehouse. Opened or used products are generally not eligible for return unless there is a documented quality or shipping issue.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is damaged during shipping or is defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We stand behind the quality of every compound we ship.
Incorrect Orders
If you receive an incorrect compound, contact us immediately. We will ship the correct research product at no additional cost and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item. Your research timeline matters — we prioritize these cases.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of placement if they have not yet been processed into fulfillment. Once an order is in processing or has shipped, cancellation is not possible. Contact us immediately by text for the fastest response.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 3-5 business days to the original payment method. Allow additional time for your financial institution to reflect the credit on your statement.
Quality Guarantee
Every compound is backed by our batch quality guarantee. If a product does not meet the purity specifications documented in its Certificate of Analysis, we will provide a full refund or replacement at no charge.
